How it works

01Pick your plan

A data size and an email — card checkout by Stripe. Your QR arrives in about a minute.

02Scan the QR at home

On Wi-Fi, before you fly. The eSIM installs and sleeps for the flight.

03Land connected

First local signal starts the clock — maps and messages working before the jet bridge.

QUESTIONS

Questions, answered

Will my phone take an eSIM?
Most phones from the last five years do — iPhone XS and newer, recent Pixels and Galaxies. Quick check: dial *#06# — if an EID number shows up, you're eSIM-ready. Carrier-unlocked phones only, and every uninstalled eSIM is refundable if it turns out yours isn't.
Do I keep my number?
Yes. The eSIM only carries data; your physical SIM and number stay active for calls and texts. Your bank's SMS codes still arrive.
When does the plan start counting?
Only when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — installing at home doesn't start it. Install any time before you fly.
What speeds do I get?
4G/5G on major local networks. Fixed-data plans have no speed caps from us; Unlimited runs 2 GB/day at full speed, then unlimited at reduced speed — never cut off.
What if it doesn't work?
Any eSIM you haven't installed is fully refundable for 30 days. If something's odd mid-trip, reply to your delivery email — a human answers.
