Settings → Cellular → tap the Abroad eSIM → make sure it's ON and Data Roaming is ON for that eSIM (this roaming is included — it's how travel eSIMs work; it costs nothing extra). Still stuck? Toggle Airplane Mode for 10 seconds. Still stuck? Email us — include your order reference and what country you're in.
Unused, uninstalled plans: yes, in full — just ask. Once an eSIM has connected at your destination it's live inventory we've paid for, so we handle problems case by case — and if our service failed you, we make it right.
